La calidad de estos datos es esencial y de ello depende que la situaci\u00f3n ac\u00fastica estimada represente fielmente la realidad. Los principales pasos que se deben seguir para elaborar un buen estudio ac\u00fastico, ya sea para evaluar el impacto ac\u00fastico sobre una determinada zona o los niveles de inmisi\u00f3n sonora que genera un foco de ruido en su entorno, son:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>1. Recopilaci\u00f3n de la informaci\u00f3n de partida:<\/b><\/p>\n<p>En esta etapa se realiza un trabajo de recopilaci\u00f3n de datos de partida para poder analizar las caracter\u00edsticas del <a class=\"noStyle\" title=\"estudio ac\u00fastico\" href=\"https:\/\/ctacustica.es\/en\/estudio-acustico\/\">estudio ac\u00fastico<\/a> y desarrollar la elaboraci\u00f3n del mapa ac\u00fastico. Entre otros datos, se recoger\u00e1 la siguiente informaci\u00f3n:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Planos de ubicaci\u00f3n de la zona de estudio que incluya:\n<ul>\n<li>Informaci\u00f3n cartogr\u00e1fica: edificios, barreras, obst\u00e1culos, curvas de nivel, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Informaci\u00f3n de los usos del suelo y de los edificios.<\/li>\n<li>Ortofotos del \u00e1rea de estudio.<\/li>\n<li>Informaci\u00f3n de los focos sonoros. Adem\u00e1s de su ubicaci\u00f3n, dependiendo del tipo de foco se obtendr\u00e1n los siguientes datos:\n<ul>\n<li>Infraestructuras de transporte: datos de tr\u00e1fico (aforo, velocidad, tipo, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Focos industriales: potencia sonora, r\u00e9gimen de funcionamiento, horario, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Estudios ac\u00fasticos que afecten al \u00e1mbito de estudio.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>2.\u00a0<a title=\"zonificaci\u00f3n ac\u00fastica\" href=\"https:\/\/ctacustica.es\/en\/zonificacion-acustica\/\">Acoustic zoning<\/a><\/b><br \/>\nLa <a class=\"noStyle\" title=\"zonificaci\u00f3n ac\u00fastica\" href=\"https:\/\/ctacustica.es\/en\/zonificacion-acustica\/\">zonificaci\u00f3n ac\u00fastica<\/a> consiste en definir los distintos tipos de \u00e1reas ac\u00fasticas existentes en el \u00e1mbito de estudio. Para ello, se eligen las \u00e1reas ac\u00fasticas, definidas en la normativa de referencia, en funci\u00f3n del uso predominante del suelo (sanitario, residencial, industrial, etc.)<\/p>\n<p><b>3.\u00a0Creaci\u00f3n del modelo predictivo y c\u00e1lculo de niveles sonoros<\/b><br \/>\nEn base a toda la informaci\u00f3n anterior y mediante un Sistema de Informaci\u00f3n Geogr\u00e1fica (GIS) se crea un modelo digital del terreno en 3D que incluye todos los elementos cartogr\u00e1ficos del \u00e1mbito de estudio. Este modelo se traslada a un software de c\u00e1lculo predictivo de niveles sonoros en el que se caracterizan ac\u00fasticamente las fuentes de ruido y se implementan una serie de receptores. En dichos receptores se calculan los niveles de ruido de la zona de estudio.<\/p>\n<p><b>4. Evaluaci\u00f3n de la situaci\u00f3n ac\u00fastica estimada<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Tras realizar la simulaci\u00f3n predictiva, se eval\u00faan los resultados en funci\u00f3n de los objetivos que se quieran conseguir. Esto es, puede que se tengan que garantizar unos objetivos de calidad ac\u00fastica exigidos por normativa o simplemente puede que se quieran reducir los niveles sonoros que genera una fuente de ruido (una carretera, una m\u00e1quina, etc.)<\/p>\n<p><b>5.\u00a0Definici\u00f3n de medidas preventivo\/correctoras<\/b><br \/>\nPor \u00faltimo, en funci\u00f3n de la evaluaci\u00f3n de la situaci\u00f3n ac\u00fastica estimada, puede ser necesario definir una serie de medidas preventivo correctoras tales como pantallas ac\u00fasticas, cabinas de insonorizaci\u00f3n, etc. En esta etapa se dise\u00f1ar\u00edan estos elementos y se repetir\u00edan los pasos 3 y 4 para evaluar la eficacia de las medidas propuestas.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A la hora de elaborar un mapa de ruido mediante un software predictivo es necesario disponer de un elevado n\u00famero de datos de entrada para caracterizar tanto el entorno de simulaci\u00f3n como los focos sonoros.
